Who are we?
Air Travellers Guide was created with the mission to help all air travellers to travel smarter and better from the perspective of an airport staff with years of experience as both a Ground Handling Agent and an airline representative; pre-COVID-19 pandemic and during the pandemic.
Our aim is to bridge this gap and to provide everyday people with the necessary knowledge of the aviation and travel industry to travel with minimal issues.
To achieve this mission, we cover air travel related topics such as baggage, check-in, documentations, facilities and the likes for what we hope will be a hassle-free travel experience starting at the airport and ending at the airport.
In principle the concepts and information will apply similarly across other airlines and airports even though the information in this website is fundamentally based in Australia.

Hi everyone!
I started on this journey because after working at the airport as a ground handling agent and an airline representative over the years, I noticed that there are a lot of travellers who does not have the knowledge of their rights, their responsibilities, and airport and airline services available to them when things don't always go to plan.
It is my hope that the information that are provided on this website are helpful in guiding you with your travel needs with the blogs and other services that may become available in the future.
